How quickly will you reply?
A partner replies within two working days. If your project starts within three months, say so in the form and we will call you sooner.
Do you take on projects outside Dubai and the Bay Area?
Yes. About a fifth of our work is elsewhere, from Doha to Aspen. We travel for site visits and manage delivery through our local partners.
What does a first consultation cost?
The first consultation is complimentary and lasts an hour, by video or at one of our studios. We discuss the brief, the site, a realistic budget and timeline.
What are your fees?
We quote a fixed design fee after the brief, then a transparent percentage for design-and-build. No hourly billing and no surprises.
How long does a project take?
A single room: three to five months. A full residence: ten to eighteen. We give a dated programme before you commit.
Can you work with our architect or contractor?
Of course. We collaborate with your team, or lead the whole process through our own build division.
