Who we are
Decoriq Studio (“Decoriq”, “we”) is an interior architecture practice with studios in Dubai and the San Francisco Bay Area. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our work:

Details you give us in an enquiry: name, email, phone, project type, budget and timeline.
•
Project information shared during a commission, such as floor plans, photographs and preferences.
•
Basic technical data when you visit this site, such as browser type and pages viewed.

How we use it
We use your information to reply to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver commissioned work, send the studio letter if you subscribed, and improve this website. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies
This site uses only the cookies strictly needed for it to function. If we add analytics, we will ask for your consent first and describe each cookie here.

Sharing
We share information only with contractors, suppliers and consultants who need it to deliver your project, and who are bound to keep it confidential. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention and security
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twenty-four months. Project records are kept for the legal retention period. We use access controls and encrypted storage to protect your data.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the UAE, the EU and California, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and object to certain uses. Write to info@youragency.com and we will respond within thirty days.

Acceptance
By using this website or engaging Decoriq, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our services
Decoriq provides interior architecture, design and, where agreed, build management services. The scope, fees and timetable of each commission are set out in a written proposal and professional services agreement signed by both parties.

Proposals and fees
Proposals are valid for thirty days. Fees are payable in stages as stated in the agreement. Late payments may pause work until settled.

Intellectual property
Drawings, concepts and documents we produce remain the intellectual property of Decoriq until fees are paid in full, after which you receive a licence to use them for the project they were created for. We may photograph and publish completed work, subject to your privacy wishes.

Website content
Images and text on this website are protected. You may view and share links, but may not copy or reuse content without written permission.

Liability
We exercise professional care and skill. To the extent the law permits, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant commission, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law
Commissions in Dubai are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates; commissions in the United States by the laws of California. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith mediation.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of each document shows when it was last revised.
